What will a healthy life look like for you?

Simply fixing one area of the body won’t help you achieve total wellness. Your body is a unique, integrated system. Your care should be planned for you as a whole individual. When you come to my office, you participate in a treatment designed exclusively for your specific needs.

Our goal is to find the right combination of care and self-care for you to feel great in your body. I may directly provide services or recommend them from others. Finding the right combination of care for you is our goal, drawing from methods including: tailored chiropractic care, specific yoga and Pilates practices, physical therapy, personal training, meditation and breathing practice.

Through my years in practice, I have grown to deeply understand and appreciate that managing the health of the physical body will only take you so far. Honoring, uniting and caring for the physical, mental, and emotional self are imperative for a truly healthy state of being.
